Frances Martin is an Indigenous artist from Cochrane Ontario. Fran has been designing and creating Indigenous Apparel for years. Not only can you find her beautiful ribbon skirts in our store, she also hosts, Fran’s Ribbon Skirts and Ribbon Shirts for Men, a Facebook page that features all of her creations.
