About Us

Pelletier's Gas Bar & Native Art Gallery in Lake Helen, ON.

Pelletier’s Gas Bar & Native Art Gallery is located in Lake Helen in Ontario’s Superior Country. The Lake Helen Reserve is located on Highway 11 and is approximately ¼ mile from the junction of Highway 11/17 just past the Nipigon River Bridge.

The gas bar offers full service gas and diesel with a convenience store that has homemade baking, sandwiches, ice, propane, and snacks.

The Native Art Gallery is showcased throughout the store for purchase including hanging wall art, leather work, moccasins, beaded items, souvenirs, clothing and so much more! We also offer complementary coffee, and we are open 7 days a week!

Our History

Pelletier’s Gas Bar and Native Art Gallery has been in The Pelletier Family for over 15 years. During that time, ownership has moved from parents to children, but even with the change in ownership, the heart of the business remains the same.

For those travelling the highway, stopping at Pelletier’s is not only about the great service you will receive, but it is also a window into the beauty of the Indigenous culture. The work of Indigenous artists is showcased throughout the store.

Pelletier’s Gas Bar and Native Art Gallery would not be what it is, without the loyalty and dedication of the amazing staff, some of whom, have been with us from day one. They greet customers with a friendly smile, and likely a few good laughs, which makes the experience of stopping at Pelletier’s so much more than just filling up.
